great day

today was a great friend day. i spent most of it with the women from my c-group--Adrienne, Jenny, Erin & Shannon. we started out with a 3 hour hike at forest park. shannon and i got lost of course, as we are prone to do, when we get chatting. then we loaded up and went to missippi ave for lunch/breakfast at gravy. the hot chocolate there was stellar--heavy cream on top and spicy cinnamon in the mix.

then we all went to SCRAP & Saturday market for Christmas shopping. i managed to buy the great amber colored fingerless gloves for myself and a little something for tiffany. i tried to find something for my dad at saturday mkt but no luck. aw well, i have so much shopping left to do!

for now i am procrastinating studying for my last final test i've been procrastinating for all week. i need to have it taken by 5 p.m. tomorrow online, either way. cv should be home soon---he's been back country snow boarding with T-roy all day. fun friend day for him, too.
