tired

i feel pretty tired this evening. shannon, jessica and i stayed up late last night making cookies and candy. they turned out really good. we didn't get much work done on kai's present, but it is started.

today at work was bizarre. we had one lady really "go off" and they called the police and everything. its been pretty weird this week anyway because the bosses are gone and other people are doing their jobs. anyway--i wondered if it was a full moon because all the people with mental illnesses were more acute than usual!

i go to visit nick tonight. i am really concerned about him. apparently sunday and monday were bad days for him. let's hope things were better today.

after that i think i'll do some christmas shopping and hit the hay early.
