brain tired

i had a great day in clinical with dmitriy,
but now my brain is tired. we had only 4 clients but just trying to listen, think, and write some progress notes really put me over. some really interesting clients and i did complete my assignment for this week. right now i am in that boggling stage where i recognize symptoms in clients but can't remember what they are called. for example: a guy with schizophrenia was making up words--oh yeah, those are neologisms. special language you know.

cv and i had the delicious pimento cheese & bbq at Russell St tonight (sans chocolate pie--we were too full). AND i had my first pharmaceutical rep lunch today selling risperdal (atypical antipsychotic). plenty o calories today.

other than that, i'm trying to gear up to study . . . argh! cv is waxing troy's snowboard cause they are off to the slopes tomorrow. meanwhile simon and ru are having the dog WWF in the kitchen.

tomorrow i work at the clinic. i definitely need to work less and study more to get all this in my head. . . .
